R. Lamar Wheeler, CPA

R. Lamar Wheeler

Lamar received his Associate of Arts Degree in 1969 from Florida Community College of Jacksonville and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Jacksonville University in 1973. Lamar earned the designation of CPA in 1974 and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Public Accountants.

Lamar has 40 years of experience in auditing, accounting, income taxation and small business consulting.

Practicing a philosophy of giving back to the community, Lamar has volunteered his time to a variety of community organizations in Jacksonville, including: Sertoma Club Jacksonville, American Diabetes Association, United Methodist Conference, Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Florida, Inc., Rotary Club of Mandarin, MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation and the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation, Inc.





T. Alan White, CPA

T. Alan White

Alan earned his Associate of Arts Degree from Florida Community College of Jacksonville in 1977, Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida in 1979 and Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Florida in 1986. Alan earned the designation of CPA in 1981 and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Alan has more than 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting, income taxation and small business consulting.

Alan’s community involvement has included the North Florida Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society (past treasurer) and the Parent Teacher Organization for Julington Creek Elementary School.







Kathryn G. Boward
Senior Staff Accountant

Kathryn G. Boward

Kathryn (Kit) earned her Associate of Arts Degree from Florida Community College in Jacksonville in 1988, Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in accounting from University of North Florida in 1991.

Kit has passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant’s Examination and will be licensed in the State of Florida upon completion of additional academic studies. Kit is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Kit has more than 25 years of experience, ranging from controller responsibilities to accounting and income taxation. She has also provided support services to administrators of both settlement fund and bankruptcy cases.

Kit’s community involvement includes volunteering with the Quigley House, MS Society, (MS 150 Bike Ride); PET International, Inc., the Community Nutcracker of Jacksonville and whatever community activities her kids are involved with.




Karen Wakefield
Executive Assistant

Karen Wakefield

Karen has more than 40 years of combined experience as an administrative assistant and technical support provider in the areas of accounting, insurance, home health care, real estate and general business.

In her personal time, Karen enjoys crafts, gardening, travel and cooking.












Judy Wheeler
Office Manager

Judy Wheeler

Judy has a Bachelor of Science in English from Florida State University and a background in public education.

Judy has over 30 years of experience as firm administrator/manager.

Within the community, Judy has served with the Guardian Ad Litem program, as a youth Sunday School teacher and member of the Hand Bell Choir at Mandarin United Methodist Church.
